Anarobic Respiration

  • In exercise muscles become short of oxygen, when this happen they can still receive energy from glucose. They use anaerobic respiration, which takes place without oxygen.
  • In anaerobic respiration glucose is not broken down completely. It produces lactic acid instead of carbon dioxide and water.
  • Using muscle fibre vigoursly for a long time
