Intrinsic aids:

Interpretiation section - Always words and their definitions. Used with the purposive approach.

International treaties - tells the judge what the law is.

Long/short titles of the Act - clarify what Parliament intended with the Act. e.g. Abortion Act 1967 - An Act to amend and clarify the law relating to termination of pregnancy by registered medical practitioners.
