This can be found in mango, broccoli,

butternut squash, carrots, tomato juice,

sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and beef liver.

helps iron absorption, immunity,

and is an antioxidant.

This can be found in

spinach, broccoli, red bell peppers, snow peas,

tomato juice, kiwi, mango, orange,

grapefruit juice,and strawberries.

Vitamin D

promotes bone mineralization.

You can get D from exposure to sunlight,

fortified milk, egg yolk, liver, and fatty fish.

Vitamin E

This is an antioxidant,

regulation of oxidation reactions,

and supports cell membrane stabilization.

This can be obtained from polyunsaturated plant oils

(soybean, and corn oils), wheat germ,

sunflower seeds, tofu, avocado, sweet potatoes,

shrimp, and cod.

Vitamin K

Is important for the synthesis of blood-clotting proteins,

and it regulates blood calcium.
