Eat meat, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, tofu, beans and pulses

Provides iron, protein, B vitamins, zinc and magnesium

Helps bones and teeth grow/stay strong and healthy

Try lower fat alternatives

Provides calcium, protein, B vitamins, vitamins A+D

Fat/Sugar (Food Group)

Don't eat too many foods that contain a lot of fat

Don't have sugary foods and drinks too often
