multi stage fitness test
MSFT (Multi stage fitness test).
1.Athletes listen to a tape.
2.They run to a cone and back.
3.If they dont make the bleep they're out.
4.Record the level they reached.
1.Athletes warm up for 10mins.
2.Mark out 30m straight section with cones.
3.Assistant starts the stopwatch.
4.Record their time.
