Tendonits

  • Tendonitis means inflammation of the tendon.
  • When inflamed pulling a muscle is irritating.
  • Meaning movement becomes painful.
  • Due to bad blood supply leading to tissue damage.
  • The area prone to tendonitis is called the watershed zone.
  • The body then struggles to deliver nutrients and oxygen which is needed to heal the tendon.
