The Immune System

Immune System - a group of cells which fight against infection, destroying any invaiding particles in the body.

Two Types Of White Blood Cells:

- Lymphocytes

- Phagocytes

Mechanism Of Immunity:

- Non-Specific Immunity (Phagocytes surround the invaiding particles whenever they encouter them)

- Cell Based Immunity(Lymphocytes seek out and destory cells which are forgein)

 - AntiBody Based Immunity (Bcells destory invaiding particles while they are still in the bloodstream. Bcells from Plasma produce Antibodies which attach themselves the virus to slow them down)
