The sonnet is a petrachon sonnet which is different because:

-first 8 lines an octave-pose problem

-last 6 lines-secet-solve problem

-volta line 9 -reoloution 

Why didnt she use shakespeares form????

She felt petrachons sonnets were more appropriate for the love she felt Symbolises her love is timeless

she may have deliberately slipped out of her structure so she can suggest power to essentially convey her loosing her control and ovelwhelmed love

twist to come back to her refusing to follow a typical sonnet and reflects their love isnt perfect

spiritual and physical love

Conceit point 4

A conceit is a metaphor that appears more than once and throughout the entirety of the poem in this case vines and the tree 

which shows natural imagery and fits into both sexual and spiritual love as vines reflect her uncontrollable possesion

physical love portrayed "twine"and"bud"

"bud" flower symbolismwhich carries sexual links
