Reproduction

Facts about sexual reproduction are:

  • Sexual reproduction means that the children have a mixture of there fathers and there mothers DNA in them where as asexual reproduction is where the baby lookes gust like its mother e.g. some fish do this.
  • Your gametes are the sex cells. the female gamete is an egg and the male gamete is a sperm. A sperm cell is made in the testies where as the eggs are with the female from the day the babys born. They are held in the overies.

Facts about reproduction are:

  • A human is pregnant for 38-40 weeks (aproximatly 9 months).
  • The menstral cycle is when a female gets rid of any extra lining in the womb (lining is for if the female gets pregnant). This happens once every month approximatly. After the lining has gone it starts getting thicker over time and then the cycle starts over again.

  • Bladder (holds the urine)

  • Prostate gland
  • Sperm duct
  • Testis
  • scrotum
