Summary:   

Split personalityof Dr Henry Jeckyll who turns into Edward Hyde, the evil persona inside of him, even killing people on the street.

This escalates until Jeckyll yurns into Hyde without drinking the potion. Changes involuntary.

The antidotes to change him back stop working and Jeckyll will be Mr Hyde forever, so he commits suicide.

Clarissa Mellon and Joe Rose experience a ballooning incident where they try to save a man and his son, with others, including John Logan and Jed Parry.

John Logan doesn't let go until last and ends up falling and dying. Jed uses this as an excuse that they have experinced something together.
