Discrimintion - treating people less favourbly because of their ethnicity/gender/colour/sex/class

Ethnic minority - a member of an ethnic group (race) which is smaller than the majority group

Interfaith marriage - in marriage which the husband and whife are from different religons

Multi-ethnic society - many different races and culturesliving togther in one society

Prejudice - believing some people are iferior or superior without even knowing them

Sexism - discriminating against poeple becasue of their gender
