Amylase

Amylase converts startch into sugars, includin Maltrose and dextrines.

Amylase is made in three places:

- The Salivary Glands

- The Pancreas

- The Small Intestine

Protease

Protease converts proteins into amino acids.

Protease is made in tthree places: 

- The Stomach (pepsin)

- The Pancreas

- The Small Inttestine

Lipase

Lipase converts lipids into glycerol and fatty acids.

Lipase is made in two places:

- The Pancreas

- The Small Intestine
