Physical wellbeing (having enough food, water, sleep, warmth and people.) can affect their behaviour. Children who have these needs met (rest, exercise and food) will have a sense of wellbeing and a general positive self-image. Not to mention regular physical comfort and functioning.
This promotes the child's ability to stabilize their own mood and positive behaviour.
Children that don't have enough food or drink become grouchy. This can lead to them behaving in a disruptive manner.
However children should not have lots of sugary food or drink as this could also affect negatively how they behave.
