prokaryotic cell

they are primitive organisms

they do not have a nucleus

they have single loop of DNA

they are bounded by a cell wall

they are unicellular organisms eg bacteria and cyanobacteria

they respire through mesosomes

have small ribosomes as compared to eukaryotic cells

eukaryotic cell

they are advanced living organism

they have a nucleus bounded by nucleus menbrane

they have DNA within chromosomes(DNA with many loops)

they have cell membrane (in animals) and  cell wall (in plants )

they are multicellular organisms eg humans

they respire through mitochondria

they have large ribosomes as compared to prokaryotic cells
