Gently rub the cells onto a clean slide. Over a sink, drop a few drops of methalyne blue onto the slide and vcarefully wipe away excess. With a tooth pick, carefully lower a smaller slide one corner first over the cells - this will ensure not air bubbles- and this will protext it. With a light microscope, slide cells onto the stage and adjust the magnification - starting at the lowest. Look through the eye piece and turn the knob to adjust the stage.
