Move from an A to an A*

  • Refer to the question
  • Use quotes
  • Explain w/o restating the quote
  • Analyse the text
  • Describe effect on reader
  • Reader's purpose/attitude
  • Evaluate

When comparing, it is easier to juxtapose the similarites and differences as oppose to writing about one poem at a time.

This is okay, but doesn't say anything I haven't heard before. I'm sure you can do these things and still get an A.
