What is Physical Activity

Movement that leads to increase in energy expendature

Energy expendature = BMR (65%) + Thermic effect of food (10%) + PA

Any movment - doesnt have to be running a marathon

Most guldelines suggest 'moderate' levels (70% of max heart rate)

80-95% of max heart rate = hard/very hard intensity

60-70% of mac heart rate = light to moderate intensity
