B- Biceps

Gm- Gluteous maximus

T- Triceps

Biceps; The large muscle in the upper arm that turns the hand to face palm uppermost.

Gluteous maximus; A rounded muscle that acts to extend the thigh. This is also know as your bottom.

Triceps; The back of the upper arm and serving to extend the forearm.

T- Trapezius: Either of a pair of large triangular muscles extending over the back of the neck and shoulders and moving the head and shoulder blade.

A- Abdominals: The part of the body between the thorax (chest) and pelvis. Basically this means your stomach.
