gluteus maximus- above your hamstrings and below your back

biceps-opposite the tricep above the elbow

triceps-opposite the bicep above the elbow below the shoulder

trapizius-in between your shoulder and your neck


 latissimus dorsi-below the armpit

hamstrings-below your gastromenus

quadriceps-above the knee and below the waist

pectorals- below your collar bone

gastrocnemius-The Gastrocnemius is the main propellant in walking and running. (the calf) lower half of leg above feet and ankles lower than the knee

abdominals- around the stomach area
