Aerobic endurance is the ability of the cardiorespiratory system to work efficiently supplying nutrients and oxygen to working muscles.
An example of aerobic endurance is a marathon runner, they need it so that they can continue to run over a long distance.
Aerobic means in the presence of oxygen.
Anaerobic means without oxygen.
Muscular Endurance is the ability of the muscular system to work efficiently, where a muscle can continue contracting continously against a light to moderate fixed resistance load.
An example is a rower they need it so that they can keep repeating the same movement.
Flexibility can be defined as having an adequate range of motion in all joints of the body.

There are 3 types of speed:
1. Accelerative speed2. Pure speed3. Speed endurance
Speed is measured in distance travelled divide time taken which gives you the speed(m/s).
Muscular Strength is the maximum force that can be generated by a muscle or group of muscles.
