PE rehydrate

Rehydrate

absorb moisture after dehydration example water. to restore moisture or fluid. At the end of a dance routine I would drink water to then be able to get the water back in my system that I had lost by sweating. Some benefits include to maximise the physical performance, it also helps regulate body temperature and helps transport the nutrients to give you energy. To rehydrate is like osmosis as in that you take the water and body fluids to the places that need it the most example you lose water when you sweat so then you need to replace the water again so it goes from a low density of water to a high density of water.
