What does the slope of a line on a distance-time graph represent?

The slope of a line on a distance-time graph represents speed. The steeper the slope, the greater the speed.

What is the equation for speed?

The equation for speed is:

Speed=distance travelled/time taken

What is the unit for speed?

The unit for speed is meters per second (m/s).

Make sure you always label the axis, including a quantity and unit. E.g. Speed (m/s)

On a distance time graph, time goes on the x axis (along the bottom), and distance goes on the Y axis (along the side).

Get a minimum of 8 hours sleep per night, and have a 5 minute break every half an hour to allow your brain to process the information.
