Extensor digitorum
Lateral epicondyle (humerus) and extensor expansions of medial four digits.
Extensor carpi radialis x2
Lateral epicondyle (humerus) and supra-epicondyler space ridge (humerus) to 2nd and 3rd metacarpals
iliopsoas
T12 and L1-5 vertebral bodies and iliac fossa to inguinal ligament to lesser trochanter (femur)
Quadriceps femoris
All lead to quadriceps tendon which attaches to tibial tuberosity (via patella)
(including rectus femoris)
Anterior inferior iliac spine and acetabulum to quadriceps tendon at patella base
Tibialis anterior
Lateral condyle and lateral surface of tibia to medial cuneiform and 1st metatarsal
Gleutus maximus
Posterior ilium and posterior sacrum and coccyx to lateral condyle of tibia and Gluteal tuberosity (above linea aspera)
Hamstrings
Ischium tuberosity to linea aspera
Gastrocnemius
Lateral and medial condyles (femur) to posterior surface of calcaneus (calcaneal tendon)
Soleus
Posterior head and surface of fibula, soleal line to posterior surface of calcaneus (calcaneal tendon)
