-Remember to expand if needed

-Remember to move whole numbers before you move fraction

-Remember you can only move the denominator in a fraction and it turns into a multiplication when moved to the other side of the equals sign

-Signs change to opposite e.g. '+' turns to '-' when moved to the other side

-Square roots of a positive number always have a positive and a negative answer, there are two solutions

-When solving word equations put the question into an equation to solve
