Taylors motivational theory is based around the fact that employees are motivated by pay.
mcgregors motvational theory is based around DECISION making. it means that the employees gain social needs for example there is a better communication between managers and workers, meaning that the employees feel more involved with in the business meaning that they then work harder because they feel they have a say with in the business, usually working in groups or teams.
