1 - The Nazis believed the Army would support and abandon the government because Ludendorff was a friend of Hitlers. They thought he'd persuade him to join the putsch.
2- Local Bavarian government had right wing views. They were plotting against the Weimar Government. Hitler was so sure they would support the Nazi Party in an uprising.
3- Stressemann called off passive resistance and began paying reparations. Right wing in Germany thought this was a humiliating climb down. Hitler believed it was the right time for a putsch.
