Key Events of Munich Putsch.

8th Nov - Kahr, leader of Bavarian government, held a meeting in a Beer Hall in Munich.

Goering and 600 storm troopers arrived and took over, at gunpoint, Kahr was persuaded into supporting their uprising.

Nazis let the Kahr go - He told the government about Hitler's plans and they sent the Army to crush them.

The Nazis went on. The next day Hitler and Ludendorff and 3000 Nazis marched in Munich and me tthe police and Army who blocked their path in the city centre.

The police pushed the Nazis back and Hitler told them to surrender.

People were shooting and 16 Nazis were killed and 3 Police men lay dead in the street.
