What are common injuries?
impact injuries- cuased when any forms of contact occur. Could be strike of a cricket bat or impact from another player or surface
internally caused injuries- overuse injuries such as tennis elbow or stress fractures. it is also common to get strains or sprains- pulled hamstrings often occur
