How would the Nazis run Germany and control its people?
The Nazis knew that their plans were ambitious, and the fact that they were only supported by 43% of Germans in the 1932 elections did not help either. Even in the March 1933 elections when Communists were banned, Social Democrat supporters intimidated by the SA, the Nazis could only poll 53% of the vote.
To solve this problem, Hitler needed obedience from people in every aspect of their life. He had many ways of being able to control the German people. Underneath each of these methods, say how it was similar or different to methods used by the Weimar government.
