using 3 different microbes:
1. cook soya beans and roast wheat together, dont forget amino acids are also used and glucose is produced.
2. ferment mixture with Aspergillus fungus
3. ferment with yeast
4. ferment with Lactobacillus bacterium- this stops the aspergillus fungus action
5. filter liquid
6. pasturise liquid- kills bacteria
7. bottle product/liquid
