Took Place: Febuaray 1945

Leaders there: Stalin - USSR
                   Roosevelt - USA
                   Churchill - Britain

 Agreements:

  • Germany to be split into four zones. (USSR, USA, Britain & France)
  • Germany will pay reparations.
  • The capital of Germany, Berlin will be split into four zones. 
  • Free elections in the countries of eastern Europe.
  • Russia would help against Japan when Germany was defeated.
  • Polish government will be non communints/communists.
