  • Zoning plan - activities only aloud in certain areas
  • Permits for fishing and diving
  • Patrol boats - look for illegal activities and give out fines
  • 'Green Zones' - areas protected from human interference
  • New infrastructure - build in an Eco-friendly - causes little damage
