The eat well plate

fruit and vegtables- contain vitamins and minerals, ADEK, eat atleast 5 portions each day

starchy foods- carbohydrates(pasta, cereal, potatoes)

protein- meat fish and eggs, mostly for growth repair and maintenance

dairy products- CALCIUM! keeps your bones strong and your teeth healthy

fats and sugars- don't eat a lot of these, contain energy
