Restaurant manager, are in charge of the restaurant. They take bookings, relays information to the head che, arranges training for staff, completes rotas and ensures the restaurant runds smoothly.

Head waiter/waitress is second in charge of the restaurant. They have to greet and seat customers and relay information to the staff. They sometimes may even deal with complaints.

The wine waiter/waitress is responsible for helping guests to select wine. They also sell wine and other alcholic drinks.
