should immidaitely be stored in a fridge or freezer and should never be left out at room temperature.
because they can get bacteria on them and can lead to food poisoning.

to stop it from being exposed to hamrful bacteria

refrigerate at max an hour after serving
to stop it from having harmful bacteria and to avoid food poisoning
