food safety rule 1: storing fresh, cooked prawns

should immidaitely be stored in a fridge or freezer and should never be left out at room temperature.


because they can get bacteria on them and can lead to food poisoning.

food safety rule 2: storing fresh, cooked prawns

should be wrapped tightly in a light plastic cover (clingfilm)


to stop it from being exposed to hamrful bacteria

you must only re-heat it once


it can expose it to harmful bacteria and make it hard to digestive

food safety rule 2: re-heating cooked chicken

refrigerate at max an hour after serving


to stop it from having harmful bacteria and to avoid food poisoning
