• This psychosocial conflict stage occurs in the oral stage of development. (Between 0-18 months

• The important features of this stage are the relationships with its mother and its issue is being fed, sleeping and teething.
• The positive outcome from revolving this conflict is hope and drive
• The negative outcome from a crisis during the resolution of the conflict is withdrawal
