- Wiliam Hastings was given powerful amounts of lands in the Midlands
- William Herbert became viceroy of Wales + granted many lands in south Wales
- John Neville - given Kent + parts of South west England (Goodman saw him as "the most distingushed Military Commander in the War of the Roses"
- His death in 1463 passed lands onto Humphrey Stafford in 1463

- Herbert and Hastings were to prove highkly loyal
- However, Warwick gained an excessive amount of lands and power making him an Increased Threat
