Defiency can cause: Beriberi, a build up of pyruvic acid in the blood stream results in causing a loss of mental alertness, difficulty breathing, and heart damage

Can be found in: Mushrooms, spinach
Defiency can cause: Problems with metabolising carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
