Lack of integration ---> Egoistic suicide: when a person lacks integration in society.

Over integrated --> Altruistic suicide:  When a person becomes over-integrated in society (e.g. suicide bombers)

Lack of regulation --> Anomic suicide:  When society lacks in regulation and hardly any control exists.

Over regularisation--> Fatalistic suicide: When society has too much regulation and control over peoples lives
