DNA = Deoxyribonucleic acid

Has a sugarphosphate back bone

Codes for amino acids that form protiens

Has some none coding readings to bulk it out, these are removed when time for protien synthesis

Protein Synthesis

DNA unzips and a template is formed by messenger RNA

This template is pased through a ribosome

Here it is read one codon at a time, these code for specific amino acids, transfer RNA's bring these

These amino acids bond together into a long chain that rearanges itself to form a protein
