Crime and Devience

Crime that is commited by the upper class, or people with status such as fraud.

Crime that goes unoticed and is performed by people with status.

Marx view on crime is that crime is based on Capitlism and status being unfair. He belives this leads to people then committing crimes or joining gangs to gain that status.
