Cells

There are many types of cells. Here are some cells and some of their special feautures;

Heart cells - found in the heart - help heart to beat

Red Blood cells - found in veins and arteries - carry oxygen around body

White Blood cells - found in blood, veins and arteries - help kill diseases

Mytochondria - found in the skin - colours hair/skin, protects you from sunburn

Nerve cells - found in brain - carrys signals around body

Fat cells - found in fatty places - keeps you warm

Bone cells - found in bones - repairs and makes bones

Cilliated cells - found in airways - cleans airways and moves things
