Vitimin A

Vitimin A is important for our bodies.This is because it allows our eyes to see in dim lighting and provides night vision.

Food sources include a yellow/orange cloured foods.For instance Mango,Aprocots and even green foods like spinnage.

To little of this could make the individuals vision in dim lighting less sufficient.As well as this it could allow the person to have poor night vision which could lead to Night Blindness.

However having to much of this vitimin over the years can make the persons bones more likely to fracture when the person is older.

Vitmin B

Vitimin B (group) helps the body to help break down the carbhydrates in our bodys as well as release them from our body.Also they allow the brain to work properally.

Food sources include Chicken,Wholegrain cereals,Oats and potatoes.

By having to little of this can lead to the development of Anemia.It can also make the individual more fatique and give digestive problems as well.

Vitimin C

Vitimin C helps the body to maintain a healhy diet.It allows the immune system to keep healthy (to be able to fight infections and ilnesses).It helps fight against ilnesses like Influnazia and viruses.

Food sources include having Limes,Lemons or Oranges.These are some citrus fruits which have vitimin C.

To little of this could lead to the person developing scurvy (Pirates got this) and poor immunity which could make it easier for the person to become ill and cant fight the ilness as well.

Vitimin D

Vitimin D is needed mainly because it allows the body to absorb calcium which helps the body to strenthen bones.This vitimin is highly important for babies and the elderly.

Food sources include yoghurts,milk,eggs and oily fish(salmon).

To little of this could lead to the bodys bones to weaken and more deformend and easier to fracture.This may lead to the development of Ostiporosis.

Iron

Iron helps the body to produce red blood cells.It makes Hymogoblin in our red blood cells.This is needed especially for women/teenage girls who are on their periods.

Some food sources include red meats (Like beef or pork) ,spinnage and eggs.

If we dont have enough iron in thr body it can cause the development of Anemia.

Calcium

Calcium helps the body to maintain healthy and strong bones.This can be shown by strenthening bones and teeth.

Food sources include Milk,youghurt,cheese and even herbs.

To little can lead to the individual to have weakened bones and could lead to the development of Ostiporosis developing.

Protein

Protein keeps the body going and helps to maintain the health of viral organd in the body such as cells and tissues.Also it helps repair and heal cell tissues around the body.

Some food sources include Bread,Red meats,Fish and Eggs

If we dont have enough of this food source it can lead to a lack of groath and repair and poor tissue repair

Fats

Fats keep our body to have its own source of energy.As well as this .

Food souces include sweets,chwing gum.

To much of Fats could lead to conarry heart desiese,Obesity or even blood clots.However to little can lead to the person becoming fatique

Carbhydrates

Carbhydrates helps to provide energy and warmth -complex makes it easer to see .

Food sources include such as Bread,Pasta and even honey and cereals(complex).

To much of this could lead to the development of Diabeties.

To little of this were bad and awkaward.
