Cant complain that the book price isn't the reason why people aren't reading

Need to confront the reason why the people aren't reading, it is not their hobby, they would rather smoke than buy books.

Concept: Orwell employs Rhetoric in his essays

• Establishing credentials
• Using correct terminology

Logos:

• Citations
• facts/statistics
• analogies
• advanced/rhetorical language

Pathos:

• Emotive language/ emotional tone
• Stories/ anecdotes of emotional events
• Implied meaning
