Organisms of the same species have differences
Organisms of the same species will usually look slightly different. These differences are called variation within a species. There are two types of variation genetic variation and environmental variation.
Different genes cause genetic variation.
An organisms characteristics are determined by the genes inherited from its parents. The combining of genes from a mother and father crates genetic variation.
Characteristics are also influenced by the Enviroment.
