respiration is a set of metabolic reaction and processes that takes place with in a cell of organsim

anaerobric and areobic

anaerobic respiration doesnt not involve oxygen

its not very efficent as it only makes alittle bit of energy, this is because glocuse isnt broken down fully , this produces a bulid of of lactic acid which is toxic for humans. if there is a build up , muscle stop working,to remove lactic acid we need oxyen, the amount of oxyen needed required to break down lactic acid is called oxyen debt
