Mixed use solar urban village on a brownfield site near London. Built in 2002 UK's first major zero development.

Aim: "develop energy neutral urban village and a viable socio -economic community"

Has both local businesses work spaces and residential buildings.

100 homes made from natural materials and have fuel-efficient appliances.
