Social Learning Theory

Key Principles: People learn by observation and imitation of others' behaviour.

Reciprocal Determinism: People influence others and are influenced by others.

Attention: Cognitive processes that selectively focuses on one thing at a time.

Retention: Holding a piece of information in memory for a period of time.

Reproduction: Ability to replicate behaviour that was observed.

Motivation: Reasons that make us want to behave in a particular way.
