?

Tissues, organs&organ systems

cells of multicelllar organsims may differentiate&become adapte for specific functions.

animal organs:

large multielluar organisms develop systems for excanging materials.

during the development of a multicellular cells differentiate so that they can perform different functions.

epithelial tissues:

covers some parts of the body.

organs:

are made out of tissues.

muscular:

to churn the contents

glandular tissues:

to produce digestive juices

epithelial tissues:

to cover the outside&the inside of the stomach.

organ systems:

groups of organs that perform a particular function eg disestive system.

glands:

such as the pancreas&salivary glands which produce digestive juices.

the stomach&small intestine where digestion occurs.
