AS Biology Cell organisation

hope they help !  - this is a fairly small part of the course and is part of the cell topic

HideShow resource information

Levels of organisation

cells come in many different forms and can be organised in different ways

a tissue is a group of similar cells working together to perform a function

an organ is a group of tissues working together to perform  a function

a system like the digestive system is a group of organs working together to perform a function in the body

the organisum is the thing which has all of these systems and in this case it would be a multicellular organism because it has been able to adapt and specialize
